SupaFixings was formed by Ed Barton & Gillian Paterson April 2006 having gained over 25 years experience working in the construction and industrial applications sector.
After 22 years working for ITW Paslode, Ed left them in December 2002 and between leaving Paslode and forming this new company, he held senior managerial positions with B.e.A, and Hitachi, helping each company launch their own cordless gas nailers, fuel cells and nail fuel packs.
Ed believed that neither organisation were providing the market with quality orientated, price focussed products and went about using his extensive contacts and experience to create a company that had superior, competitively priced products that delivered on its promises.
Thus, SupaFixings UK Ltd was born, a company that was immediately embraced by a market place that was impressed by the high levels of products, coupled with the devoted customer service which everyone receives. The company has encountered remarkable growth, with Ed & Gill’s vision being delivered through “The Quikload Range”, that’s now selling throughout the UK, Europe, and the USA.
In the past 10 years the company have developed their products in conjunction with an established, leading collated nail and Gas tool manufacturer on an exclusive basis.
This has resulted in successfully developing a top quality generic alternative product to the Paslode brand combined with customer specific after-care service.
