Who We Are?
Supafixings is a family run business based in Kirkintilloch, approx. 8 miles from Glasgow, Scotland.
The company was formed in 2006 by Ed Barton and Gill Paterson, having gained many years of experience selling in the construction sector. Ed retired in 2017, passing on the reins to Gill and Drew Paterson, to continue supplying “Quality Products at Affordable Prices”. With excellent customer service being of premium importance, the Supafixings team aim to be top of the league.
The company has recently moved into purpose built offices, directly across the yard from the old premises, with more space to hold greater stocks in the one location. Now with the ability to ship any products from small parcels, to full pallets, no order is too big or too small. Our Quikload range of products are extremely popular, in the UK and Europe. We are one of the few companies that stock Stainless Steel products, both first and second fix.
Our manufacturer of nails is accredited with all required safety and quality certificates to supply to European markets, which include ISO9001 and CE qualifications. They have a Quality Control department, which is managed by a highly qualified European Q.C. manager. Quality is obviously paramount, therefore, we have our products checked on a regular basis to ensure only quality products exit the factory door.
In the past 10 years, the company have developed their products in conjunction with an established leading collated nail and gas tool manufacturer on an exclusive basis. This has resulted in successfully developing a top quality generic alternative product to the Paslode brand, combined with customer specific after-care service. Our workshop services both Quikload and Paslode tools very efficiently, with turnaround usually within 24 hours.
